What projects are your favorite?

Currently we have a focus on real estate property promotional videos. Some video providers can be quite intimidating by listing deep technical aspects of the production offerings. We’d rather just help you produce a quality product that stands out from the rest and dispense with over complicated technical jargon!

What is your development process?

After you contact us with a project idea, we will reach out to you to define the scope of the project. Once we know that we will begin defining what information we might need to go forward.

If I have my own video files - can you work with that?

Once your project scope is defined we will have you send us the files via a bulk video transfer process (it’s free) so we can evaluate and begin working on your deliverable.

How do I preview my project?

When a available we will provide a link to a draft version of the work in progress. There may be video “watermarks” on the file during this part of the development.

How do I pay for my project?

We will agree to a retainer fee once you have approved our proposal At the point of your final approval we will remove the video “watermark” and provide the file to you via video transfer upon receipt of your outstanding balance.

How much are your rates?

Rates are a factor of size of the project and the necessary effort to achieve the finished project.

A quick video project where there is mainly light editing and minimal processing can be under $400-500.

Projects that are more extensive - requiring more detailed editing or including specialized content (like drone footage) could be several thousand.

We can scope out the details of your project as we define it. Each project is unique.
